Paper 04: Acromial Morphology Differences in Primary versus Revision Posterior Shoulder Instability Patients

Objectives: Predisposing factors for failure of shoulder posterior stabilization surgery are not well defined. Characterization revision instability patients allows insight into potentially identifiable risk failure. Methods: A series who underwent as cases performed between 2005-2019 were identified. Patient demographics collected and glenoid morphology was quantified by measuring bone loss, acromial tilt, height on MRIs. Continuous variables compared with Student’s t-test.
